Hi, I'm Steph

and I'm the founder of edCollective; an education mentoring provider delivering a range of tailored programs to inspire and support primary teachers.

I am passionate about investing in primary school teachers; combining training and mentoring to build expertise within an encouraging and supportive environment. I have witnessed the challenges of implementing and maintaining mentoring in schools; programs that are timely, well resourced and extend beyond the occasional PL session or 'catch up'.

That is why edCollective was born. With over a decade of leadership experience, extensive industry-relevant research, and invaluable insights from teachers' feedback on effective mentoring programs, I am thrilled to announce that edCollective is partnering with schools to transform the way teachers are supported. My focus is on meeting teachers at every stage of their careers and working alongside them as they navigate their next steps.

Our coaches are leaders and consultants within and across Australian primary schools. Each coach is a fully qualified teacher with extensive practical and specific knowledge of their field. 

Stephanie Darque, founder of edCollective, has 10+ years of leadership experience including Head of Primary Curriculum, pastoral care specialist, Associate Head Teacher, Deputy Head and Acting Head of Primary School. Her journey has taken her across the UK and Australia, working in both public and private schools. Her expertise lies in mentoring teachers, delivering exceptional training in curriculum development and pastoral care, and staying abreast of educational trends.
