What can gradCollective offer that I can't get from other programs?
- On-demand learning: Our program is accessible online, allowing you to revisit content and find answers at your convenience. Reflect on concepts and get support from your mentor or forum members – anytime.
- Collaborative environment: Learning doesn't happen in isolation. Our program fosters a supportive community through a forum where you can connect with peers and your mentor.

gradCollective offers the comprehensive support system you've been searching for.
Do schools need to provide CRT for ECTs to access the program?
However, if schools wish to provide additional support to their Early Career Teachers (ECTs), they can offer release time or leaves of absence from after-school meetings. This would allow ECTs dedicated time to apply the learned content or participate in our live Q&A sessions and webinars.
What packages do you offer?
When will the course commence?
How long does the course take?
What time commitment does this require?
It is recommended that ECTs put aside 30-60minutes a week to work through the content but this is purely a suggestion. ECTs can cover the content in less time or delve much deeper if they wish.
Do I need to be working full-time to access this course?
Similarly this course is perfect for teachers returning to the classroom. The course is here to provide beginning teachers with the support and resources they need to thrive in their teaching journey.
